We have had the pleasure of maintaining the floor cleanliness in this 9-storey (plus 2 storey car park beneath) office since it’s opening in 2013. We have implemented and contracted a monthly maintenance-cleaning programme, which includes carpet cleaning using the Texatherm Cleaning System, Vinyl floor cleaning in both kitchen and all other common areas, plus, additional staircase carpet and tread cleaning treatments.

We have also added a yearly, full ceramic clean on all areas, which allows us to do revitalise the very heavily trafficked ceramic floor tiles and also the lightly coloured grout within.

An addition to our services here is also the car park dust extraction works that we implement once a year to ensure a safe and healthy environment is maintained under the building within the 2-storey car park.
