Following an audit of areas within a building we can offer a bespoke cleaning programme to suit your budget and requirements. This can range from a one off restoration clean or annual programme that will divide into Primary, Secondary and Tertiary areas.
Typical Programme Options
Primary
Known as common areas where traffic is heaviest such as entrance areas, foyers, main entrance corridors, lobbies and staircases.
Secondary
Walkways around office areas on each floor, restaurant, busy meeting rooms etc.
Tertiary
Other areas of the building such as in between desks and under desks and tables, occasional meeting rooms.
The benefit of a cleaning programme is that the building can be maintained to a consistent clean standard in the most cost effective way.
Our bespoke cleaning system is a mixture of hot water extraction in very heavily soiled areas such as entrance areas and the Texatherm process, which is a semi dry cleaning method and is one of the best systems available in the market place today.
The unique Texatherm system uses an exothermic reaction created by mixing two solutions and combining heated pads. Dry within 30 minutes, environmentally friendly it disinfects and applies an anti-static coating ideal for commercial sectors.
