The Project

Our team attended site and carried out the full restoration clean to all carpeted areas throughout the 4 storey office, along with a deep clean of the staircase carpets, uPVC stair treads and aluminium nosing’s. 

The project took just 3 days and a team of 5 operatives to fulfilled the job correctly. 

Upon completion of the restoration clean, the facilities team at Ingenuity House signed up to a 12 month contract with Spectrum Textile Services, to visit the head office on a quarterly basis in order to maintain the high-cleanliness standard to which the carpets were now at. 

As a result of the satisfied customer, we were asked to travel to London to carry out another restoration clean at The Capital Tower offices in Waterloo. Works there went very well and we had another satisfied customer!
